Let’s start by understanding what SMART goals are and why they are essential for personal growth and transformation.

Imagine setting out on a journey with no destination in mind, just wandering aimlessly. That’s what life is like without goals. Goals give us a sense of direction and a roadmap to follow towards a healthier, happier life.
